Better For All

Everything we do has an impact. To help preserve our planet and our friends who live on it, we bring sustainability into every decision we make.

By The Numbers

450

Years it takes for one plastic bottle to decompose—i.e., not until after your great-great-great-great grandchild is born. 1

1200

Pounds of carbon dioxide (about the weight of an elephant) saved for every 10% of waste reduction. 2

4M

Species predicted to go extinct by 2050 (the earth only has 8M total) due to damage done to our ecosystems. 3

Tons of carbon dioxide (about the weight of 5 billion elephants) emitted by humans per year.2

What are we
doing about it?

Next:

Waste Less

92% of our packaging is recyclable through curbside programs, which can divert 22 tons of plastic from landfills this year when recycled properly.

Reuse More

9,040 pounds of virgin plastic we'll save this year alone by making new products with PCR (post-consumer recycled) materials. Over the next year, all items that can be made PCR will transition.

Reduce Emissions

317,372 pounds of CO2 cut this year by using fuel-efficient transportation—reducing the carbon footprint of our shipping and freight by 73%.

Go Neutral

100% carbon neutrality by 2021, through energy conserving measures, prioritization of domestic production, and carbon offsetting.

Protect Ecosystems

100% vegan ingredients conserve our world's wildlife and are shown to reduce water usage.4 We also operate with comprehensive GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) to mitigate our impact and are a partner of the Coalition for Rainforest Nations.

Preserve Forests

100% of our paper packaging will soon be FSC-certified (Forest Stewardship Council), which ensures responsible sourcing.
