Contrary to what you know about incorporating retinol into your routine, you can use either formula during the day, but we encourage nightly application for the best results. Keep in mind that both retinol body products will require SPF application to exposed skin during the day since retinol increases photosensitivity, making you more prone to sun damage.

This body lotion is a lightweight and non-greasy formula we've infused with hydrating squalane at 1% to help lock in moisture and nourishing cocoa butter at 2.5% to treat normal to dry skin. But, while these ingredients play a noticeable role in our Gentle Retinol Body Lotion's qualities, encapsulated retinol is the primary active responsible for the aging-focused benefits. By incorporating encapsulated retinol at 0.010%, you'll see a change in uneven skin texture and tone, creating a more radiant and firm look to the skin with consistent usage.

This version of a retinol body product works best for those who have sensitive skin and/or live in warm weather climates and do not require intense hydration.  

Press Restart Advanced Retinol Body Butter

As the name suggests, our Advanced Retinol Body Butter is a formula that packs a punch when it comes to tackling dryness, signs of aging, and skin texture. Rich in consistency and ultra-nourishing to the skin, this cream provides the texture-reforming benefits of encapsulated retinol at 0.013% (30% more than our Gentle Retinol Body Lotion). That's not the only ingredient we've tweaked in this formula either. We opted for 1.5% squalane to seal in hydration and blended cocoa and tucuma butters at 2% for even deeper moisturization. Skin feels softer, more supple, and appears firmer than ever before.
