Do you have samples?

We do not currently off samples. Make sure to take our Skin Decoder quiz if you aren't quite sure where to start.

Where can I buy your headbands?

Our classic headbands aren't for sale right now, but stay tuned by signing up for our newsletter and following us @versed for updates, giveaways, and other fun swag opportunities.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Not at the moment, but hopefully someday!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards and debit cards. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, AfterPay, and ShopPay. We are unable to accept prepaid gift cards, checks, or money orders.

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Please email us at [email protected] with the word "Cancel" in the subject line as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we'll be able to cancel your order once it's been placed, but we'll do our best!

HOW DO I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we cannot update the address on an order after it has been placed. Our team can attempt to cancel it, but please know we cannot guarantee order cancellations at this time.
In the event that your order is returned to us, we are happy to reship it or provide a refund. However, we cannot refund or replace orders that have been delivered to the address originally provided.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do! We now ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and partially to the EU. You can even get your favorites shipped for free when you spend $100 or more in local currency. Don't see your country? You can also find us at Boots, Cult Beauty, LookFantastic, and Revolve for almost everywhere else.

Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in the continental U.S. as well as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, the UK, Australia, and partially to the EU. Heads up: You may experience slightly longer delivery times when shipping internationally or to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories. Please note at this time our Silk Slip Conditioning Lip Oil can only ship via ground within the continental U.S. (but we’re working on it!). Additionally, we cannot accept orders that are billed and shipped to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Standard shipping is 100% on us for all US orders valued at $35 or more (that’s pre-tax and shipping costs). It’s a flat rate of $6.99 for orders under $35. If you’re in a rush, we also offer three-day shipping for $14.99. International? Enjoy free shipping to Canada, the UK, Australia, and partially to the EU when you spend $100 or more in local currency.

When will my order ship?

Versedskin.com orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (we don't ship on weekends or major holidays). Orders placed by 1 PM EST Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Then, it’s off to our shipping carriers. Once the carrier accepts and scans your package, the tracking information sent via email will be updated and give an ETA on when you can expect your package to arrive.

When will my order arrive?

With our Ground and Free Shipping options, orders arrive three to seven business days after processing. When you select FedEx 2-Day, expect your order to arrive two business days after it’s processed. Don’t worry—we’ll send you an email with all the details as soon as your label has been printed.

What is your return policy?

We proudly offer a 30-day guarantee on all of our skincare products. If you didn’t love a Versed product for any reason, please reach out to [email protected] and we’ll address any questions or concerns. We issue exchanges or full refunds for products returned within 30 days. While we're happy to refund or replace your product, we are unfortunately unable to refund shipping charges. Products marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. Please see our Terms of Service for additional details about our return policy.

How do I start a return or exchange?

We’re sorry it didn’t work out for you, but our Customer Care team will be happy to help. Just reach out to [email protected] with your request and one of our team members will follow up with you and provide instructions.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are processed within 2 business days of receiving. We initiate the refund instantly on our end, but depending on your bank's policy, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

How do I receive a refund if I've purchased through Afterpay?

Refunds for returned products will be issued through Afterpay. If you're returning a portion of an order placed with Afterpay and have more questions, check out this article.

What is AfterPay?

Afterpay is a shopping service (and app) that allows you to make a purchase today and pay for it later with four equal installments, every two weeks, interest-free. It's available on all orders $35 and above. (Chances are other brands and retailers you already shop have it too.)

How do I make a purchase using Afterpay?

Shop for your favorites on versedskin.com and proceed to checkout. At checkout simply choose Afterpay as your payment method. You'll be taken to Afterpay.com to create an account and finalize your purchase. Note: Orders must be between $35 and $1,000 to be eligible for Afterpay.

What happens if I miss an Afterpay payment?

If there are insufficient funds in your account and a payment is missed, you may be subject to late fees. You can view the Afterpay payment agreement here.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS NATURAL?

No. We’re a clean brand, meaning we use non-toxic ingredients, both natural and lab-created. While there are no regulated definitions of “clean" beauty or “all-natural" beauty, we define our clean product philosophy as focusing on the good (ingredients that are safe and effective, whether natural or synthetic) and cutting the bad (toxic or questionable ingredients that can cause more harm than good, again whether natural and synthetic). After all, not all "natural" ingredients are good for you and your skin and not all synthetic ingredients are bad. Are you vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! Versed is proudly vegan and cruelty-free (we love our furry friends!) and certified by the great folks at Leaping Bunny.

Are you paraben- and sulfate-free?

Yes, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We’re free of parabens, sulfates, and over 1350+ questionable ingredients. Check out more on our clean philosophy and peep our no-list on our About page.

Do any of your products contain soy or soy derivatives?

If you’re avoiding soy, skip these products: Auto-Save, Game Over, Guards Up, Keep It Supple, Keep the Peace, Press Restart, Silk Slip, and Zero-G.

Do any of your products contain nuts?

Most of our products are nut-free. If you’re avoiding nuts, skip these products: The Shortcut, Silk Slip, Keep It Supple, and Just Breathe. If you have more questions, send us an email at [email protected]

Are your products gluten-free?

Some of our products contain gluten. If you’re shopping gluten-free, try Auto-Save, Baby Cheeks, Day Dissolve, Find Clarity, Found the Light, Hydration Station, Keep It Supple, Press Restart, Wash It Out, Weekend Glow, and Zero-G.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

As always, your doctor should be your first stop, but yes, most of our products are safe for new moms and moms-to-be. If you are pregnant or nursing, skip Press Restart, The Shortcut, and Doctor’s Visit. Ask your doctor before using Weekend Glow, Keep the Peace, Just Breathe, and Back-Up Plan.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

We're passionate about sustainability in all areas of business and when it comes to packaging, we use a mix of post consumer recycled plastic (PCR), recyclable materials, and alternative packaging made from 97% less material than traditional designs. We also use 100% FSC-certified paper for our boxed items to ensure responsible sourcing.

We’re also proud to use zero-waste shippers for all of our orders. From the recyclable box, which is made from post consumer recycled material and printed on with recycle-friendly ink, to the packing paper, which is naturally biodegradable, compostable, recyclable, and SFI-certified, your products arrive greener. And other than the complimentary sample that you opt into, we keep our shipments free from excess inserts.

What should I do with my empties?

We have instructions on how to recycle all of our items on their product pages and in our complete Recycling Guide . Since accepted materials can vary, check with your local curbside recycling program to find out what type of recyclables they pick up or simply bring your items to the recycling station located at the front of every Target store. The store accepts all plastics (among other things) and will make sure your empties are recycled properly.

Are your products ethically made?

Thank you for your interest in our commitment to ethical practices, in addition to quality products. We share them too, which is why our manufacturer selection process includes vetting partners based on the quality of their formulas (of course), their ability to produce at accessible prices, and equally as important: their commitment to a comprehensive set of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Our GMPs at Versed include requirements specific to safe and fair labor (which includes fair wages), product safety, and environmental stewardship. Our GMPs also forbid forced labor, underage labor, hazardous work environments, harassment, and discrimination based on race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy status, political opinions, religion, age, and disability unrelated to an individual’s ability to perform the work required by the job.


All of our products are also vegan, certified cruelty-free by Leaping Bunny, and formulated to the European Union's extensive clean, safe ingredient standards. For information on our efforts and impact, check out our Sustainability page.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it gets sent directly to our warehouse for processing. Our Customer Care team can attempt to have the order pulled, but they cannot guarantee your order can be pulled.
Please email [email protected] with "Cancel Request" in the subject line as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help.

How do I update my address?

We cannot change addresses on orders after they have been placed. Our customer care team can attempt to have the order canceled, but cannot guarantee cancellation.
Please send an email to [email protected] with "Cancel Request" in the subject line, and we'll do our best to help.
If the order cannot be canceled, it will ship to the address provided on the order.

Can I add XX to my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, products cannot be added. Please make sure you've add all of the products you'd like to purchase to your cart before heading to checkout!

My discount code isn't working, can you help?

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your discount code!
Here are a few steps you can try to get your code working:
- Clear your cookie and browser history. A full cache might be causing the error.
- We don't allow for code stacking, so make sure you are only applying one discount per order.
- Bundles, subscriptions, and certain new products are excluded from promotions at this time.

I forgot to add my discount code, can it be applied retroactively?

Unfortunately, our discount codes are only applicable on orders placed within the specified timeframe and cannot be applied retroactively.
Please be sure to apply your discount code prior to checkout to receive future discounts.

I placed my order yesterday, but this discount is better. Can I get a price adjustment?

We're happy to hear you're loving our holiday promotions! Unfortunately, we cannot make price adjustments on orders that have already been placed.
Each of our discount codes is only applicable to orders placed within the specified timeframe.

I need to do a return.

Unfortunately, orders placed from November 21, 2022 through November 29, 2022 are final sale.
Our customer service team is unable to facilitate a return, exchange, or refund for orders purchased within that timeframe.
We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

How long until my order ships?

Typically, orders ship within 2-4 business days from the order date; we do not ship on weekends or major holidays.
Unfortunately, our high order volume during our holiday sale may cause fulfillment delays. Please know that our warehouse team is working to ship orders out as quickly and safely as they can.
Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with the tracking details.

What's the deal with headbands?

By popular demand, our iconic black headbands are now available for purchase, but stock is very limited.
Customers can purchase one (1) headband per order and our headbands are excluded from any current promotions.
