This dreamy milk is no ordinary toner. It does more than hydrate and replenish—this toner restores skin’s natural pH balance removes post-cleanse hard water residue, and lifts those last remaining traces of the day’s makeup. The gentle formula is filled with humectants that draw in moisture and nourishing amino acids, vitamins, and minerals—perfect for sensitive skin. This hydrating toner's milky texture leaves you feeling velvety-soft (thanks to algae extract, bamboo extract, and coconut water) and residue-free.
Skin’s happiest when its pH falls between 5.0-6.0. Baby Cheeks’ pH is 5.0-6.0 (we speak pH in a range because a formula’s pH can change slightly over time).
HOW: Shake it up and with a cotton pad, press down on the pump 2-3 times. Swipe pad saturated with the hydrating toner across clean, dry skin.
WHERE: Face and neck. Bonus points for chest.
WHEN: AM and/or PM after cleansing but before serum and moisturizer.
GOOD TO KNOW: Keep one in your gym bag and use it pre-workout to remove the day's makeup and/or post-workout to cleanse away sweat and bacteria while refreshing your skin.

As an Atlanta esthetician/skin care professional since 1972, with my own natural skin care line and skin clinic, I LOVE this toner. Now longer formulating and producing my own skincare line, these are the products I use on a daily basis. At 71, my skin is hydrated with a glow, gotta love it!

I picked this up 2 weeks ago and am insanely impressed with how well it's worked. I've been seeing fine lines appearing on my forehead since last year (and I'm not even 30 yet!) despite my use of retinol, sunscreen, etc. I saw online that people were suggesting the premature lines on the skin could be dehydration, not necessarily permanent wrinkles. I picked this product up to address dehydration, unsure if whether it would help, since I already use a moisturizer and oil.
It's been 2 weeks and I'm actually amazed at how well it's worked. My fine lines are pretty much gone. I use this immediately after cleansing, without drying my face, so it can pick up the moisture on my skin, and then I lock it in with my moisturizer.
My only complaint about this product is the way the packaging is built to be wasteful. I don't really understand why Versed is marketing a hydrating toner as a makeup remover too - I don't want to have to use a cotton pad every time I apply this toner, since I'm not trying to remove my makeup - I have completely separate products for this. The packaging is quite annoying if you're not using a cotton pad, so I ended up having to transfer the product to an airless pump.

Baby cheeks genuinely changed my skin. I could not recommend 1 produced from this website more. I used to have dry, flakey skin in the winter and now it’s not a problem for me if I use this in the morning and at night. I don’t even use a cotton ball because I want every ounce of the moisture to go into my skin — I just use my fingers to tap it into my skin! My face is so soft and supple after using this product. It is literally always in my cabinet now, it will stay in my skin routine for a long time :)
