WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We proudly offer a 30-day guarantee on all of our products. If you didn’t love a Versed product for any reason, please reach out to hello@versedskin.com and we’ll address any questions or concerns. We issue exchanges or full refunds for products returned within 30 days. While we're happy to refund or replace your product, we are unfortunately unable to refund shipping charges. Please see our Terms of Service for additional details about our return policy.

HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

We’re sorry it didn’t work out for you, but our Customer Care team will be happy to help. Just reach out to hello@versedskin.com with your request and one of our team members will follow up with you and provide instructions.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?

Returns are processed within 2 business days of receiving. We initiate the refund instantly on our end, but depending on your bank's policy, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

HOW DO I RECEIVE A REFUND IF I'VE PURCHASED THROUGH AFTERPAY?
